Turbotax since 2000

I have used Turbotax for 13 years and very happy with it. I used to get stuck when I had rental property and stock transections and was frustrated trying to find answers. I have never called for help. But I learned a little more about using TT and now I feel much more comfortable.
What's great about it: Very easy
What's not so great: Trouble finding answers when stuck

Your the best

Good screen shots and easy to see explanations of terms. Changes from screen to screen quickly. Only slow part was after closing the application and coming back later, the startup was very slow.
What's great about it: Easy walk through with good guidence
What's not so great: A little slow to load and start after closeing first time.

Great program, walks you through the process step by step by asking questions. Then reviews everything and looks for errors or missed steps. Will use it again next year

Gets better every year

Been using this for years.....keeps getting easier.....but I would love for Turbotax to review my prior years worksheets and tell me if I had any carryovers from all eligible prior years in the various categories where that applies.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax keeps getting easier
What's not so great: Your software should tell me if I had any carryover or not

All in all this is a very easy program, with only one exception, This was the first time I have ever had an HSA and I had to look up on the internet to find that I am not the payer, but the Bank that has my HSA account is the payer.
What's great about it: Very fast and detailed
What's not so great: Some HSA information was a bit confusing ie Payor
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A great product, and really easy and quick especially if you have used it in previous years. Usedl ast years info, and updated the numbers - that just saves hours.
What's great about it: It remembers my return info from last year; that saves tons of time!
What's not so great: Didn't find any.

Print Problem

You have taken away the ability to print the screen showing. Your program allows only printing forms. I wanted to print the screen that said my return has been sent and I will receive a reply in 24 hours. It also had a phone number on it to call if I don't get the confirmation. That page would have been helpful.
