Wasted a lot of my time

I completed my taxes a week ago and went to file them today and were nowhere to be found. I had to start a completely new file. It did not import any of my information from last year, I had to submit everything new. I have used Turbotax for over 10 years and I am considering looking for something else. I have always praised Turbotax to my friends and family but cannot do so this year. I hope that you find out what the problem was and correct it or you will lose more customers.
What's great about it: Calculations made easy.
What's not so great: Could not find taxes I prepared a week ago!

I have used TurboTax for years and have great confidence with it. It is extremely easy to use and I trust it. I just found out that my son has used it for years as well. I will continue to buy it for years to come.
What's great about it: Ease of use and tutorials if needed
What's not so great: Have not experienced any as of yet

I like using Turbo Tax because the program guides you step by step through the tax form.

Turbo Tax is the best. East to use and fast

This is the 8th year I have used Turbo Tax. I tried one of the other on-line services one year and went back to Turbo Tax the following year.
What's great about it: East to understand

I can always count on this product to prepare my taxes right. It would be perfect if I can efile State for free.

Before the e-file was sent I received a message that I needed to correct me the zip code for my son's University which was not valid for the State I entered. I incorrectly entered our home State. That was not critical to my tax filing but it's indicative of the level of detail that sets TurboTax apart and superior to similiar products.
