TurboTax 2012 best one yet!

I have been using TurboTax since tax year 2006, mainly because my tax CPA quit. This is by far the easiest and fastest tax prep I have had. My taxes are not complicated but I spent half the time this year compared to any prior year. I also noted there are many new helpful hints on non-obvious tax entries. In the past, I just didn't know if the answer should be yes or no, but now the hint makes it easy to know.
What's great about it: Fast and easy, many very helpful hints.
What's not so great: This tax year (2012), none.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo tax is so easy to use it has been my families prefered method of preparation for over 10 years.
What's great about it: I love the toggle feature where you can see the actual form and the import feature of the W2s.

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years with ease. We itemize deductions every year to maximize our return, and with other unique oddities every year (refinancing, starting a home business, etc.) Turbo Tax seems to have it covered.
What's great about it: Very wasy to use - excellent guide through the tax code quagmire.
What's not so great: Hard to correct errors without going through the whole section again.

Should be some quick way to get through additions/deductions that aren't used. Maybe you could look at last years...

I like TurboTax, we have used it for 3 years in a row now. It's very user friendly...some questions I had were, I felt, pretty basic and there were no answers, so I didn't like that. But over all, it's not bad. It's good for people who have simple tax returns.
What's great about it: easy to walk through the process
What's not so great: don't feel like I was able to write as much as i should've off...

Using Turbo Tax Deluxe makes tracking year to year carry over deduction information breeze. The product is consistently built so the user can feel comfortable using it from year to year.
What's great about it: Excellent coverage of all commonly occuring life events.
What's not so great: Additional fees required for filing state return.

Step by step very easy to follow and understand. I liked that you have the question I con was very helpful and would always solve the problem. The review at the end would make me feel confident that I did the taxes correct. I have used Turbo for 12 years, Great product!
What's great about it: Very Thorough
What's not so great: zero
