Keep on Rolling the Refunds

I've used Turbo-Tax for years and it's the only thing I do that doesn't make my wife nervous. It's so easy and smooth to use I know I'm getting the best refund possible. Thanks you guys for being there year after year!

What's great about it: Super easy to use and understand

Great Refund!

TurboTax is easy to use and guides you through the entire process. You can get questions answered easily by clicking on additional information as well as the TurboTax Community. I have used the product for years to file both my Federal and State returns and will do so again next year.
What's great about it: Ease of use and guides all through the returns
What's not so great: Paying to efile state

Kicked up my tax refund again

Great Tax help for all beginner like me and thanks for free Federal E-File. May be next year Intuit will offer free State E-filing
What's great about it: easy to follow statements and forms
What's not so great: Had to enter W-2G same info over and over when only dates changed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is so quick. I can work on it when I have 5 - 10 minutes and have it done in no time.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy to follow
What's not so great: Wish my state would e-file for free.

Used for several years

I have used TurboTax for several years. I like that it pulls info from previous returns. I did struggle some with entering college payment and tuition information when payments were made in different years then actual semester. I also was a little confused when entering some stock option sales information. I have to file multiple state because of working in a different state then where I live and I think the cost for extra states is a little high.
What's great about it: transfer info from previous years; walks through each item
What's not so great: cost when you need multiple states
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Software glitches

All worked well until I tried to print my return after e-filing. Everything after the basic 1040 form printed in foreign gibberish! How very disappointing to have this type of occurrence with Turbo Tax. I have been using for 10 years, and have never had this type of trouble before. I expect better from TT. I eventually was able to go back to the .PDF image and print the defective pages, but should not have to do this!!!
