Smooth sailing, step-by-step TurboTax process makes it simple for anyone to do their own taxes, save time and save money, and TurboTax helps to find any opportunities for additional refunds. Have been using TurboTax for many years, and now with Quicken 2013, it should be even easier next year!
What's great about it: straightforward, step-by-step process
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick Thorough and User Friendly

I have been using TurboTax for at least 5 years and the ease of use and dependability is the only source of comfort during this time of high stress and anxiety.
What's great about it: Overall the interface between Software and User is headache free!
What's not so great: I wish it would have popups that give little known and eccenric deductions.

Not bad. I've been using Turbo Tax since 2006.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, confidence in filing a return that will be accepted by both Federal and State governments

SWEET DEAL!!! Do yourself a BIG favor and get TurboTax and STOP sweating over your taxes! You can sit down in one sitting to complete AND file your taxes. Even if you have deductions and dependents to claim, TurboTax makes it a snap to whiz through the different categories. If you come across ANYTHING that you need help with or a better explanation of, there are many information links to take you all the way to the federal or state publications if so needed. Then to top it off, you are assured that TurboTax will stand behind your return if you are audited! Win-Win is a go-go for me! ! P.S. Now they even have a 100% recycled CD case...go green go!
What's great about it: Didn't have to worry and fret for 3 weeks and do tons-o-research... got 'er done in just 2 hrs!
What's not so great: I truly can not think of one negative aspect of this software product

Highly Efficient!

With all the changes to the tax codes this past year, I credit Turbo Tax with good, sound data transfer and update protocols with the IRS to provide all the necessary forms and information to get the most out of filing on-line with this product.
What's great about it: Listed all the possible deductions in a logical sequence
What's not so great: Does not maintain a database of prior users to autofill name and address, etc.
