Overall this is a good tool, but there are a few sections that could provide better instructions.
What's not so great: One section went into a loop and caused me heartburn!

Love TurboTax

Turbo Tax is so easy to use and you can get through it pretty quickly if you have all your documentation in front of you when you start. I have used it several times and I intend to continue to use it year after year.

I love Turbo Tax, its quick, easy, and you don't have to leave the house. I use Turbo Tax every year and will do so for as long as i live.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: Have to pay to talk to a rep

Makes tax prep so much easier and there is no problem with possible mathematical errors that will shoot your return back to you.
What's great about it: Carry over from last year
What's not so great: Going through lots of stuff I don't need.

Only One Glitch

I chose to go through my tax return using your simple hand-holding process. While I was in the Deduction Finding process, TT notified me that a certain sales tax form was not up to date, so I stopped and updated Turbo Tax. All went well except that when the updates were finished, I could not get back to the place where I had stopped processing. In other words, TT would not allow me to go back to where I was before the updates.
Fortunately, I was almost finished with the tax return, so I just clicked on Review and then finished from there.

I like turbo tax but the mileage deduction section needs to be on its own. The way the program currently works if you have to start the business section over you have to redo the mileage deduction section. It would be nice if this was changed in next years program
