I have used turbo tax for many many years and find it very easy to use and very helpful in getting through all the categories.
What's great about it: Easy to use, detailed questions
What's not so great: Very expensive to purchase.

The cost of Turbo Tax should always include a state e filing poor marketing. I will leave Turbo tax after 6 years if this is not included.
What's great about it: Federal was easy but state cost additional funds

Too easy not to use!!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now I can't think of doing my taxes any other way. Why pay someone else to do it?
I like the options of the program stepping me through all the options and questions and/or letting me go to items I am interested in.
I wish there was a quick calculator button to make it easier to add up items and be able to move that number into a line item.

Waited til the las minute...again!

Fantastic program that makes doing your taxes a bearable experience. Even waiting til the last minute, I had no problem following along and got all my questions answered and everything entered and done on time. Last year I took a copy of my (TurboTax) taxes to a tax "expert" because he knew he'd be able to have saved us more money...nope, couldn't even get us a penny more than what TurboTax did! Our taxes are definitely getting more complicated each year, but TurboTax has been able to handle what we have every year with a refund!
What's great about it: Fast and easy. Was able to find answers to any questions I had; and took me step by step.
What's not so great: none..so much better than spending all that money at tax places to do the same thing TurboTax does!

I really enjoyed this. It was better than going to my tax person and sitting there for two hours and getting the same results. This also allowed me some deductions that I was not aware were there. Before, I had to tell my tax person everything. With this program, they ask and I find new answers. Great. I will do this every year!

It was very easy to use. Hard to see how it can be made any better.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
