I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and have always been pleased with them.
What's great about it: easy to read and follow
What's not so great: really long and had some questions that I did not want to wait to ask

I always feel like I didn't miss anything or leave anything out when I get done. Turbo Tax is very thorough and lets you go through everything step by step. It's a great product to use even though doing tax returns isn't fun. Glad I'm done! Now I just have to sit back and wait for the money!!!
What's great about it: The step by step directions
What's not so great: It takes awhile but only because you guys are so thorough

Really like the comparison to prior year return, so I can be sure I am not forgetting something.
What's great about it: Straight forward, no nonsense walk through of income and deductions.
What's not so great: Bought two on-line and finally a copy to do my own, may have paid too much!

Turbo tax was very easy to use. It is the way my entire family has prepared their taxes for about 10 years now. We are very loyal customers. I also love the import feature for the W2s it's my fave. Thanks Turbo Tax

Excellent Product & EZ To Use

I have used this product for a number of years and it seems to get easier each year. The interview process covers all of our returns and even uncovered some deductions in my wife's business we did not know existed saving us money. We will definitely continue using TurboTax.
