The ease of how it imports last years data is escellent! It saves time and leaves no room for data entry errors.
The flow of the software is simple and easy to use. The pop ups are clear and concise.
The e-filing makes gives you a great comfort level knowing that you have a confirmation that has been filed on time.
Great product!!!!!!!

I have used it for several years. I am confident that the software is very reliable and accurate.
What's great about it: Very simple to use and change
What's not so great: Imports could be better.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax is so fabuous it makes you happy to file

I have now used Turbotax for several years and each time I use it I am filled with joy that I no longer have to fill out my forms by hand. The single best thing is that there is no re-entering the same data again to fill out the state tax form - state taxes take ten minutes! Also great is the ability to download tax forms from employers, brokers, etc. Really takes the hassle out of the whole thing.
I also really like the balance the program achieves between leading you step by step and allowing you to hop around from topic to topic once you know what you are doing, or once you have gone through the whole questionnaire once.
The one thing that could be improved is a better interface between the program and the actual IRS forms, so that if you want to see what is going onto a form that is easier to do. But this is a small problem. Turbo tax makes April a happy month in our house.

I had to pay this year. Not Turbo Tax fault.

Turbo tax is excellent. I've used it over the past 10 years to do our taxes. Extremely easy to use and highly recommend it.
