Excellent tool - as usual

As usual, TurboTax made it straight forward for me to complete my taxes. Clear directions, easy to find answers. I'll use it again next year !
What's great about it: Easy to use - easy to understand
What's not so great: None - other than having to pay taxes at all !

Easy to use, but doesn't automatically import ANY of the info for my wife or myself. Not W-2's, 1099's, nothing. I have to hand enter it all. But it does a great job at walking you thru all of the steps and the info boxes that explain what a term means are very helpful. Couldn't imagine doing my taxes "by hand."
What's great about it: Fast, helpful info on what's being asked of you
What's not so great: doesn't automatically download any info for my wife and I.

Great difficulty just figuring out how to change my bank account information.
My next door neighbor is a CPA and will charge me $150.00 to do both our federal and state income tax and file both electronically.

I have had a CPA check over my taxes last year after completing with TURBO TAX and there were no corrections to be made. I then decided to continue to use TURBO TAX again this year and had the same results. I am definitely sold on the program.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: NONE THAT I CAN THINK OF

I previously prepared taxes in an accounting firm and know pretty well what to do. I have used other tax software and read review of TurboTax that said it was the simplest to use. I agree and will certainly be purchasing again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, thorough questioning
What's not so great: Charitable donations should be expanded to include household items (ie...sinks, tubs, counters for Habitat for Humanity)

What's not so great: Tax season this year was uncertain due to fiscal cliff holdups

So close to being so easy

I've been very happy with TT and have used it for several years. It is getting better.
What's great about it: Turbo is fast and thorough. .
What's not so great: Support for the state return is pretty slim. The entry for my property sale created an error on my state return :(
