Toccara is a CHAMP!!

Spent all night preparing my taxes on turbotax, but for what ever reason my computer wouldn't allow me to transmit my efile. Toccara stayed on the phone with me for 3 hours as we tried everything in the book to troubleshoot this issue. Although we could not resolve the issue on my slow computer, Toccara never lost her professionalism or her patience. Although I had some troubles this year, I will be back next year mostly due to the experience I had with Toccara.
What's great about it: Most professional and patient customer service ive ever experienced
What's not so great: wouldnt work with my ancient laptop

Accomplish my mission in one week

I really enjoyed using TurboTax for so many years. It's really making my tax-return mission simple and easy to do. I would continue using TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Easy to read instructions, Nice PDF copies
What's not so great: can be a little more expensive than other taxing software
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall my experience this year has been very positive. I'm really pleased with how easy TurboTax is to use and how it takes you through the steps to ask questions you may not have thought about. Great Job!!!
What's great about it: Intuitive, Easy to use, comprehensive
What's not so great: Explanations can be a bit clipped. Could use more descriptive explanations.

I love Turbo Tax. It is very easy to use. However, it is a little time consuming if you know you only need to file a short form.
What's great about it: The ability to see additional descriptions of topics.
What's not so great: A little long if you know you are just going to file a short form.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2001. It only keeps better and better and easier to use. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Fills in all the necesary forms for you. Saves time!
What's not so great: It is a little difficult to figure out how to delete forms no longer needed from the previous year.
