AS GOOD AS I REMEMBERED IT

OVERALL IT WAS EASY TO USE JUST LIKE I REMEMBERED IT AND I LIKE THE FEATURE WHERE IT SHOWS WHAT I DID LAST YEAR, SO I REMEMBER TO REDO IT. THE ADVICES TO FIND SIMPLE INFORMATION WAS VERY HELPFUL.
THE LAST PART WHEN IT CAME TO PRINTING SEEMED MORE CONFUSING THAN LAST YEAR. LAST YEAR IT WAS JUST SELECT E-FILE/PRINT FILING COPY, AND THEN PRINT RECORD COPY. THIS TIME I WAS SURPRISED IT DID NOT DO THAT. IT E-FILED ONE SET THEN MADE ME GO BACK A FEW STEPS TO PRINT FILING COPY FOR THE STATE.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE AND CARRIES OVER PRIOR TAX YEAR INFORMATION
What's not so great: AT THE END, THE PRINTING PROCESS SEEMS MORE CONFUSING THAN LAST YEAR

I am impressed the step by step insturctions that make sure I don't miss anything. Filling out the HSA section was a little difficult to understand and seemed to ask irrelevant follow up questions.
What's great about it: Step by step guide
What's not so great: Not very clear on HSA instructions

Been using turbo for a few years now no issues with return or problems from good old uncle sam

I love this product. I've been using it for several years. I was paying hundreds of dollars to get the same result. I'm very organized and detail oriented. It works for me.
What's great about it: comprehensive, easy to follow
What's not so great: have to search/hunt for answers to unique scenarios
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We use TurboTax every year; works great, and we can always get in just under the filing deadline by following all the directions; no hang ups to make us file late!

Makes the tax code seem almost simple!

I have been using Turbotax for 4+ years and every year it seems to get better, more complete. If every chore in my life was made this easy, I'd be humming "whistle while you work" all day, every day.
What's great about it: Quick, extraordinarily complete
What's not so great: It almost makes it too easy to start late!

Turbotax is so easy to use. it takes you thru every step and explains things. Been using for years and i will continue to. It give me what i used to pay hundreds for with a "professional tax advisor".
What's great about it: Turbo tax takes you through step by step
