Turbo Tax is a very easy tool to prepare your own tax returns. It isn't complicated at all.
What's great about it: Step By Step Approach to Walk through the process

Turbo Tax is an excellent tax program. I have used it every year since 2006 (?). It could have been sooner, that is as far back as I can remember.
Keep up the good work. It is hard to keep up with the changing tax laws each year. Turbo Tax keeps me from having to do alot of reading to update myself. I trust Turbo Tax, they have not failed me yet.

What's great about it: Self explanatory, User Friendly
What's not so great: Felt pressured - waited until the last minute - not Turbo's fault

Steady as she goes

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Each year it gets better and easier to use. As stated in cons, if I do a return on Monday and mail it in, when I do another on Thursday, I wonder how the new changes will affect the newer return as compared to the old return..
What's great about it: Intuitive, easy to understand and use
What's not so great: I am not sure of newest version when I do recent returns.

Turbo Tax Rules

Love Turbo Tax, never touched tax info until after my divorce. After being divorced two years really like the feature that shows the deductions from the previous year - keep that at all costs it's great info.
What's great about it: Great help screens, good information and links to information.
What's not so great: Need to explain that cars are part of personal property tax and dumb down the head of household information.

I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years now. People say how they do theirs online for free. I think about it but when it comes right down to it... I want to just keep going back to what I trust! And that's my trusty Turbo Tax!

Program is easy to use. Purchased Federal/State in store since advertised as combined filing, then had to pay for state filing, even though filing through the state is FREE!
What's great about it: Easy to complete
What's not so great: Had to pay extra for State Filing afer buying combo pack
