complicated refund

I have used turbotax for several years, and also have done my parents taxes with turbotax for them as well. This year we had changes in jobs, requiring my wife to move for the year, and a few other items that were different from our "routine" returns for the last several years. Using turbotax for this year return was just as easy to use, and convienient as ever. A great product.
What's great about it: great return easy to use

Almost 20 Years Making Tax Filing Less Stressful

I started using Turbo Tax when I bought my home. Prior to this, my deductions were not enough to warrant itemization. The forms for a first time home buyer seemed daunting so I purchased a copy of Turbo Tax (complete with floppy disks). The next year, I bought the state software (yes, they used to be two separate physical products). I have never looked back.
What's great about it: Ability to switch between easy entry and forms with one click
What's not so great: Growing dependence of online access for simple questions

WHY ON EARTH WOULD I COME BACK EACH YEAR IF IT DIDN'T DO WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO DO AND DO IT WELL.

What's great about it: EASY TO USE. NO PROBLEMS GOING TO WHICHEVER SECTION I NEEDED TO SEE.
What's not so great: SOME TAX CONCEPTS COULD BE EXPLAINED BETTER.

turbo tax is very easy to use and walks your through your return step by step.i have used it for a long time and have never had a problem with it.

I've been using TurboTax for years, with very few problems. I did have a question this year, and perhaps if I hadn't waited 'til the last minute, I could have waited the necessary time required to chat live for the answer.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use
What's not so great: Slightly difficult to get a specific answer to a question

It should move seamlessly from Federal to State. More explanation should be visible how to mail or e-file just state or Federal. Takes a few minutes to figure it out. There also is no option if you don't want to mail a check or do an installment agreement right then for Federal.
What's great about it: quick, and easy to understand
What's not so great: Had to figure out how to e-file one or the other, not do both at same time

Fast and easy

I would recommend Turbo Tax to my friends and associates. It takes the heat off of keeping up with any changes by walking you through the process.
What's great about it: Walking thru helps a lot. We have a simple tax situation that hardly ever changes.
What's not so great: None
