Great Product

Turbo Tax helped me file my taxes with ease. My mom died in 2012 and Turbo Tax helped me file her taxes as well.
What's great about it: easy to use, walks you through the entire process
What's not so great: cost to submit state taxes

TT is great!.. With few exceptions...

I really like TT. It still has it's querks, i.e. for Schedule K-1, you need to add directly to the tax form (there is nowhere else to add it) the changes in your contributions from year to year. It doesn't seem a very difficult screen to add to the overall process. TT needs to add it.
What's great about it: Only took me 3 hours to enter data.
What's not so great: Still need to enter data manually on Sched k-1

Painless

I really like this product and will continue to keep using it. I see they are always improving it. It worked great this year. It helped me with the harder calculations I had with buying and selling a house, and selling stock (without the premier edition.)
What's great about it: Same smoothe interface keeps getting better
What's not so great: none
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Found turbo tax 2012 more confusing than ever before. Help didn't help much and turbo tax community was worthless. I have been using TT for many years like 15, This year seemed way less user friendly than ever before.
What's great about it: I can still do my taxes at home. Thats nice.
