program is slow and you're trying too hard to sell, just do taxes. wouldn't use it again or recommend to others, would rather do it by hand.

I am not a computer wiz, but the turbo tax program made it easy to follow. we have done our taxes for 5 years now with turbo tax.
What's great about it: ice to be able to go back and fix or adjust topics
What's not so great: education section 1098T/1098E somewhat confusing

This is by far the best Tax software money can buy. Easy to use and gets you the highest refund.
What's great about it: Cpatures previous years data to speed process up. Walks through the process in detail

2011 I purchased H & R Block. I couldn't figure out where to input information. I went out and purchased TurboTax and I was able to complete our taxes. I will always use TurboTax for now on. It's easy and I'm able to understand most everything.
What's great about it: Its easy to use and makes sense
What's not so great: Trying to find where to add auto property taxes paid, I cannot find it.
