I always leave my taxes to the last minute. And I always use Turbo Tax to help quickly and painlessly file them. The software is incredibly easy to use.

I have always been pleased with Turbo Tax. The forms are easy to walk through and the questions help me think of things that may be deductions the I might have forgotten.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Had forms from last year that were not applicable this year

TurboTax 2012

I continue to use Turbo Tax as I have for about 10 years now, as I find it the easiest and quickest software for doing those terrible taxes and to investigate various scenarios.
I still have an issue in that per the tax instructions, Sewer and Tax Maintenance fees are deductible, and are supposed to be entered on line 8 of Schedule A. I have found that if I manually enter the information in Schedule A, Turbo Tax doesn't necessarily recalculate the taxes. This year, Turbo Tax tried to enter these on line 23, which per the tax instructions, is not the correct place. AND if you e-file, any values on line 23 is not acceptable.

Learning to love tax time!

I found TurboTax to be very helpful and easy. Makes my time doing taxes speed by... I like the way it pulls prior year data into the current year for comparision and saves having to reenter everything from scratch. I like just being able to start the new year and just add the new numbers and review. Great program for checking accuracy and helping make the corrections as well as giving recommendations to help increase your refund!. Wish the cost for filing the state was lower or even free though! Other wise a person could learn to love tax time!
What's great about it: Great program, easy to use format, extremely helpful guidance with excellent results
What's not so great: Transfer of data between computers was not very user friendly

I love this product. It is so easy to use and has laid out, simple instructions. This software is as good - or better - than having an accountant!!
