Over all Turbo Tax is the simplest and most inexpensive way to do my taxes that I have found. I have used it for many years and I will continue to be a costumer of yours.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is the fast and easy to use
What's not so great: Having to pay extra to electronic file the state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good for Small home-based business

Simple to use; helped with small home-based business deductions. Had trouble e-filing, so did not. Last year, e-filed and later IRS sent us notice they never received our tax return, even though we had a confirmation from Turbo Tax. Had to mail it with confirmation later. Now afraid to e-file
What's great about it: Made figuring my Schedule C and home based office deductions easy; helped me decide if I should open an IRA.
What's not so great: Last year, filed on line; got confirmation; IRS said never received it, not good!

Spoke with my old accountant. She advised me to save my money with her and purchase the Deluxe Edition of TurboTax. She told me that with the introduction of TurboTax to the marketplace, she has ventured away from doing standard Individual & Joint Tax Returns. Her Bread & Butter is now Small Corp. Accounts
What's great about it: Reminded me of what I had on last years return without physically having to take out last years returns
What's not so great: Paying to file for the state returns - should include the feature in the original purchase price.

Purty easy!

I kind of liked the old excel spread sheet I had that figured it all out but then I'm kind a geek on hat. I didn't have to go get the forms and it made e-filing real easy.
What's great about it: lead me through it pretty logicaly
What's not so great: still took me a 3 hours

Taxes made easy!

I am very glad I purchased this product. I always had a tax service complete my taxes and I felt like I was paying for something that I could do myself. This is a great product!
What's great about it: Easy to use step by step instructions. You felt like you couldn't miss a thing.
What's not so great: When I hit help it took me to a question and answer section that included all questions so I had to sort through them.

The Best! The Heck with Rest

I've been using TurboTax as long as I can remember, it's cheaper than a CPA and as good for us regular people.
What's great about it: forgotten/unknown deductions
What's not so great: Music would be nice to listen while you work
