The process was made understandable, which is remarkable considering we were dealing with the Government! The moveabiltiy of the screens worked well.
Will use turbo tax every year and have already recommended this to several friends.
What's great about it: Understandable Process.
What's not so great: There weren't any.

A lot of glitches encountered with the home office section, and I never figured them out. Other than that, pretty easy to use program.
What's great about it: Keeps infor from last year that doesn't change
What's not so great: GLITCHES!!

Overall, I was OK with this once I got used to it. I could do without the community comments and would prefer comments from tax professionals instead.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I really appreciate that they keep up with all the updates. i trust them to include all that I need. The only drawback for me is that I'm not knowledgeable enough to know what I should be looking for which then leads to looking at everything which can lead to a lot of time.
