I think the product could improve more if you had experts on line to answer questions not otherwise obvious in the instructions. Having a tax professional available to chat or call on-line would be invaluable.
What's great about it: I like the fact that you can walk through the return with relative ease

I think that doing the taxes on line makes it much simpler each year. Turbo tax makes it streamlined so there are no problems to enter your information. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Some files rolled over to the next year, made things easier
What's not so great: If the Fed tax don't charge for e-file then State tax should not either.

We don't have a lot of time to spend in trying to keep up with taxes, the program makes getting the chore of taxes done so much easier.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. Each year it improves and is easier to use. I've never had any questions from the IRS regarding anything I have submitted. My return is fairly complicated as it involves a bunch of K-1's as well as oil and gas investments.
The only area that could use some improvement is the processing of the state return. It is harder to understand as it references federal forms which are hard to access and get the data from.
This is a very good product overall.
What's great about it: Easy process, just follow the prompts, gets easier each year
What's not so great: Hard to understand some of State form prompts

Turbo Tax program is the best program I've used!!!
What's great about it: the easy follow through tutorial is the best
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love using Turbo Tax! This program is very self explainatory and simple to use. The software takes you step by step and if you have questions, there is a help button at the top that allows for you to ask! I have been using Turbo Tax for years, and it seems like it gets easier every year to complete. Turbo Tax explains the new tax laws and how they effect the filing process.
