Easy to use. The only issue I had was that Turbo tax wanted me to go back to 2011 to recalculate something to do with AMT which ultimately did not make a difference.
Other than that, it was straight foward.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: AMT a little confusing

This program makes it so easy to do your taxes. And I love the links to explain what various deductions or income lines mean.

Tackle my taxes

I had no problems and the program walked me thru every imaginable area that I may have never thought of. I learned a lot as I go along for next years taxes.
What's great about it: The 2012 Turbo Tax Deluxe was excellent and very detailed.Very complete and detailed for every case called for.
What's not so great: This year did not have any glitches or confusing area. No con tax prep.

what is not user friendly?

told me would be asked for more deductions in general expense then it never let me enter.
Could not print, had to save to pdf then print.
very confusing on car expense, would not let me enter info on acquiring new vehicle and getting rid of old one.
basically a bad experience!

easy to following

I have used turbo tax for 5 yrs but this yr the question order didnt flow as easily, and they were some screens labels that were wrong or presented me the wrong dependent name so I would exit and re-enter to try and trick the software. This was the first year using a mac so I will give the tool the benefit of the doubt. Since I had no lifestyle change, if I get audited because of a software GLITCH then I am done and will try a different application. I like the community where you can ask questions and get pretty immediate responses, although the online help seemed a little more sparse this year also....
What's great about it: community helped me out
What's not so great: quirkier then usual this year
