Great Software

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, always with positive results. I didn't always get a refund but I knew my returns were correct. That is a load off of a person's mind! I will continue to use in the future.

Using Turbo Tax is easier than trying to use the forms and instructions for everyone. It is like sitting down with an tax preparer or expert.
What's great about it: ease of use and specific information to answer questions
What's not so great: Personal property and vehicle registration confusing

Excellent product, have used other stuff before, and there is cheaper stuff out there, but TurboTax has never failed me, the software is easy to use, and the efiling is simple and easy, it's easy to add e-file to the state on the fly... awesome stuff.
What's great about it: Made everything easy, e-file was easy, great product
What's not so great: Little thing but it would be nice if you could make changes easier in the review screen

Quick, Easy, Priced Right, Use it Every Year

The Best software and online tax service I have every completed. I have use Turbo Tax every year for the past 6 years and love it!!! Very easy to use, complete and send, just that simple.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used TurboTax for years. I work for a retail establishment that sells tax software and never hesitate to recommend both Quicken and TurboTax to our customers.
What's great about it: Saves time and maximizes deductions

This software gets better every year. I have been using TurboTax for 10 years and appreciate the changes you make each year. The only problem I had this year was finding where to enter bank deposit information. I thought I should complete this input before going to the efile portion. No biggie.
What's great about it: Ease of navigation
What's not so great: Had a bit of a problem finding where to input deposit data
