I've used Turbo Tax for years in an effort to save my family hundreds of dollars in accounting fees. Love the explanations and how to's on the program and overall ease of use. This year, there were a few more bugs, but the online community helped me solve.
What's great about it: I can do it myself for much cheaper
What's not so great: More bugs this year, what happened?

TurboTax is great!

TurboTax is really easy to use, and is very detailed in explaining every part of the tax process.
What's great about it: Easy, detailed explanations
What's not so great: None

So easy a caveman...

I paid rent in Maryland and then purchased a home in PA. I think turbo tax missed my My Maryland Rent deduction because of the home purchase. I need to check into this
What's great about it: I love how it guides you
What's not so great: The state returns are so automated that I worry that important questions are being missed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Software

I have used Turbo Tax since 1996. It has made filing both Federal and State taxes easy and efficent. I would use no other.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Slow responce at times

Turbo Tax keeps getting better

I liked using Turbo Tax this year better than last year. I plan to go back to 2011 taxes, where I ended up owing a huge amount to the IRS to see if I can use my new understanding of some of the fields to try to get a refund of all I paid. That would be awesome!
What's great about it: This year the questions on everything seemed much clearer
What's not so great: The order of the input was different
