After a bad experience taking my taxes to another national company, I've used Turbo Tax for the past 3 years to do my own taxes and will continue to use it in the future. It is easy to follow, even when you have a lot to add.
I don't think I should have to pay to e-file my state taxes. I'm already paying to do them

What's not so great: Have to pay to e-file state taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax Makes Doing Taxes Better!

We have a weird tax situaton that requires us to file in three different states and TurboTax really simplifies what could otherwise be a very confusing process!
What's great about it: Easy, directed, makes sense of nonsense for you!
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to find something specific quickly.

Fun? and Taxes??? YEP!!!

I'm NOT a fan of tax season, but, with Turbo Tax, I feel like a pro. Doing my own taxes makes me nervous, I'm so afraid of messing something up, but not with Turbo tax. It's simple "walk through" process makes it easy for anyone to be able to answer a few questions and get the deductions they deserve.
What's great about it: Turbo tax asked such straight foward, easy to understand questions, anyone could use this program with 100% confidence!
What's not so great: There's nothing to not like. Program is basic, straight forward, easy to understand.

I had to file in 2 states. The cost for getting the second state tax forms was more than what the program cost me to purchase form the store. I thought that was rediculous. otherwise the program was easy to use and helped me maximize my deductions. When you move states in the middle of the year it is not very easy to complete all of that.
What's great about it: easy to navigate through and maximize deductions.
What's not so great: I had to file multiple state tax returns. The additional state form to complete cost more than the program cost me.
