Easy to Use!

Overall, TurboTax is worth every penny. The only complaint is I wish it had better descriptions of some of the terminology. One idea is to provide a lot of examples within the program.
What's great about it: Easy to use, goes step-by-step...
What's not so great: Some of the explanations need a little help.

I trust Turbo Tax advice and calculations
What's great about it: Transfers data from last year adn between Federal & state froms
What's not so great: cost for additional state forms & filing

Even though I had to pay it still reduced the amount I owed by walking me thru the entire deduction process. I recommend Turbo Tax.

The software is truly intuitive with step by step guides, error checking and save points that are native to use. I like the fact that Turbo Tax constantly checks for tax changes and general software updates.
Its very easy to use and the user interface is straight forward. I recommend Turbo Tax to all of my friends and family every year. One of the most important applications I use.
What's great about it: Always easy to use, always update to date and very easy to find the resources needed for additional references.
What's not so great: After years of use I haven't found any yet.

SO EASY!

I've been using TurboTax for years. I've always done my own taxes (by hand) until one year I used an online vendor. I was leery of them after I read about a breach of security on their website.
TurboTax to the rescue! I'm now able to download TurboTax and not even go to the store and purchase the software. Green AND easy!
