Easy!

This was my first time doing taxes since I have been married then divorced. I though it would be a horrible experience. Turbotax made it pretty much pain free. First time in years my taxes weren't late too!!
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: Its taxes, that's the con
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What takes time is really the gathering of your tax data. After that, TurboTax makes it a smooth process...
What's great about it: So easy to use
What's not so great: cannot split tax payment between different payment types

TurboTax helped us find deductions & credits we didn't realize we qualified for! It is easy to use and walks you through step by step.

In love with Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax to file my taxes for the past three years. Prior to using Turbo Tax I paid my accountant anywhere from 450 to 600 a year. Returns and/or payments are within 3 dollars of what my accountant's final numbers.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and very thorough

I have used turbo tax for over 10 years and it is always getting better.
What's great about it: e-filing, and easy to use

I preferred turbotax of previous years. This year I found I had to go to the forms view frequently just to navigate to the portions of the return I was interested in.
What's great about it: Got through the process easily
What's not so great: found the quick input and navigation cumbersome
