Turboed IRS

I couldn't determine how to go to one specific form to edit or review. I had to scroll through several forms one at a time to get to where I wanted.
Overall, I was very pleased with having access to all the forms I needed and to be able to efile. I will spend more time on the software to be better able to navigate all the screens.
What's great about it: I was able to locate the correct forms and get them filled out.
What's not so great: I had some trouble navigating when I wanted to review or edit an entry.

Makes Life Easier

I have a hard time believing I don't owe the state anything but I am, trusting that you are correct. This is great.
What's great about it: This takes the worry and math out of my tax time.
What's not so great: It is too difficult to get simple questions answered fast if at all.

My experience with TurboTax

I have been using TT for several years. The program imports all the information from last year and already saves a huge amount of time. It finds income and deductions through a conversation interview process and compares last years return with the current one throughout. I feel confident that I am getting the best help and I enjoy being a do-it-yourself filer. It is well worth the retail price and has options for audit proection (based on a risk meter in the program). I've been a satisfied customer for years, even when my income and deductions were "uncommon" - thanks for an ever-improving product!
What's great about it: Fast, efficient, like being at an interview

Simple & easy

Third year in a row using Turbo Tax and it always works out great!
What's great about it: Very quick, easy to follow, and got more of a refund than I was expecting
What's not so great: A few of the questions were confusing

Easy and concise up to date information. Forms are updated when you log on. I like the back button because I always remember something after I've forged ahead. Keep up the good work
What's great about it: Step by step instructions, examples and recommended prompts.
What's not so great: What's not to like about Turbo tax! I've been using it for years.
