Turbo Tax is easy to use. Appreciate the ability to go step by step or jump to certain areas on the return.

I have been using Turbo tax for at least 10 years and never have a problem. Used the business one when my husband had his own business.
What's great about it: Always able to enter all my information

Better than last year

I have been using Turbo Tax since the late 1980's, and have seen it go from better to worse over the years. However, this year shows improvement over 2011, asking fewer dumb questions and streamlining the interview process, which I use for convenience in the first stages, then switch to manual entry. One problem I noticed with Schedule E is that when importing data, it lumps several rental properties into one, so importation is useless.
What's great about it: not as many dumb questions
What's not so great: would not let me file C-EZ, would not allow overrides at times
