Better than an "Easy" Button!

Intuit listens and acts! Suggestions are headed.
This program is easy for first-time filers and experts alike.
Accurate, clear, fast - what else can I say? It almost makes filing taxes enjoyable!
What's great about it: Easy to follow - clear explanations
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Added a Audit Specialist, Just In Case..!

I've been doing TurboTax for over a decade and it gets easier & simpler. It asks ALL the questions, you input the answers and everything comes out printed upon ALL the tax documents needed!!!
You can also add an Audit Specialist fee as insurance, so you'll never have to speak to the IRS... They'll do it for you which could easily save you 1,000s of $$$!!!
What's great about it: Ask all the right questions; incl. All kinds of income to any investments. Never missed anything!
What's not so great: Can't think of one... Even e-Filing to New York State was FREE this year so I didn't have to print & mail anything!

I like Turbo Tax as I used to pay a tax preparer way too much for asking the same questions Turbo Tax asks.
What's great about it: Walked thru step by step

I have used turbo tax for years. I have rentals and still find it easy to use. however, I have noticed that it is hard to find an actual form and fix it without going through the whole process again, Otherwise I love turbo tax. I have no use for agents when you make It so easy to do it myself

What's not so great: hard to fix just one form

I Love turbo tax

I do taxes for my entire family, and I use turbo tax for everyone. It is easy to use and we always feels like we get the best tax advice and we have it in writing!!
What's great about it: Ease of use, ability to ask questions and get answers quickly

When I did my 2011 tax return, I didn't have W-2's to use for filing, I only had a transcript from the IRS. It would be nice to include transcript option so people filing this way can find the information easier and not be as panicked about what to put in the blanks. Other than that, the filing was very easy with W-2's and another other documents.
What's great about it: Easy to do
What's not so great: none
