My Great experience

Great program for filing and checked items I might have
forgotten to think of. Saved me lots of $$$.and helped me think about what to track for next years taxes.

Turbo Tax is the easiest and most accurate method of tax filing. I use it every year.

Tax Time = TurboTax

TurboTax is right for me because it walks me through this process every year. It takes me by the hand and guides me through. In the past, I've had a family member help with my tax forms (you don't want to argue with family about taxes over Thanksgiving dinner, a very bad idea), went to a tax service once which is not a fabulous idea because I somehow owed so much money and had to pay a penalty after, I have prepared the forms myself with no help and It took days!! and then I tried TurboTax. That was several years ago and I am sold forever!! There are many things I like to do on my own, but tax forms is not one of those things. Deductions are tricky at best but TurboTax makes it easy. Filing is so easy because detailed direction is given for all forms. I highly recommend my tax expert, TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, right for me!!
What's not so great: Ony one thing would be better....not having to file!!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Glad to Get It!

This program user friendly and fast to use. It is easy to go back and add info you forgot to input and I LOVE the refund calculator that shows your current refund as you work through the steps. I always feel confident when I use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to go back and forth between sections.
What's not so great: nothing

Using the the helpdesk rather then trying to find out on my own was the biggest ease of doing the taxes. Your system makes it easy and I was able to do them easily
What's great about it: Went through things that I missed and new that there had been a change in mortgage lendors
What's not so great: Worried about IP PIN on forms but when went to help desk was able to find easily

Just My Opinion!

My filing status is the simplest category, and the instructions provided accomodated that simplicity. However as I proceeded through the completion of my taxes, I believe that had my tax filing required a more extensive approach, it appears that TurboTax would have made my tax preparation as simple and comprehendable as if I were filing E-Z! Thanks! See you next year, hopefully with more income, so that I may utilize the detailed steps provided by TurboTax when preparing a more involved return.
What's great about it: Instructions very simple to read and folow.
