I can't imagine using any other tax preperation service. TerboTax is vey simple and easy to use. Simply answer the questions and fill in the blanks. I have been using this product since the early '90's and it gives the same results as expensive accountants I used to use.
What's great about it: TurboTax imports info from last years return to save time and work plus show a comparison of the two years differences.
What's not so great: I haven't found any cons as of today.

Unbelievably helpful program!

This is the fourth year that I've been using TurboTax to file my taxes. The first year, my mother was convinced that she could find more deductions and opportunities on my taxes than any computer program could. So we had a competition - I used TurboTax, and she did the old fashioned pen and paper way. I got an extra $11. She was convinced, but I think that she's still scared of doing stuff like that on the computer....
What's great about it: Those "Explain More" buttons make figuring out all the tax mumbo-jumbo much easier!
What's not so great: Paying taxes!!

Overall, the return preparation process was pretty convenient! However, TurboTax truncated my address information on the AZ Form 140 :( I found some of the mult-state income questions confusing.
What's great about it: Info transfer from prior years
What's not so great: Truncated address info, multi-state questions confusing

Its Slicker Then Ice

I was very nervous using this program. I am a first time user of TurboTax and I wasn't sure what to expect. For the most part, I had no problems entering the information that they asked for. However, there were a couple of places where I wasn't sure how to answer and some of the information wasn't quite clear. I did use the tools to look up the information I needed to be explained to me and it helped me out a lot. Especially when an expert TurboTax Expert answered the questions other people had asked, versus people who have experience using TurboTax but may not be experts. Maybe do to the fact that I filed a couple of days before the deadline, I had a problem trying to get online support and phone support. There were 162 people in cue for the online help and my wait on the phone would be less then 2 hours. Otherwise I overcame my fear and discovered that TurboTax is a no brainer. I didn't have to pay someone else "x-amount" per hour or a percentage to do my taxes for me. It actually saved money for me. Thanks TurboTax, I look forward to doing my taxes next year with you.
What's great about it: It was easy following the steps especially when they broke them down further for you
What's not so great: Some of the information I wasn't sure what to enter and it was kind of hard to understand what to enter

Tax relief

Not sure why but much improved over past although past product was pretty darn good. Less confusion to process so less backtracking and trying to understand what had been covered.
What's great about it: Direct queries and entries
What's not so great: Little hard to locate form and items
Pros: I bought or sold investments

FIRST TIME USING TURBOTAX-FAIRLY EASY

I used Turbo Tax for the first time this year. it really was very easy. It calculated my child tax credit/child care deductions accurately. Forms are a little excessive , but you need them in case you get audited.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE, UNDERSTAND
What's not so great: SLOW STARTUP - EXTRA COST TO EFILE.
