Good to use

Overall, excellent product. Easy to use and understand. The confusion comes in translating the laws that apply to each situation. The ""Explain this" came in very handy for this!
What's great about it: Pretty simple - liked the explanations
What's not so great: Some of the tax information was hard to figure out

Used for 15 years and have always found it better than anything else. Would always use and recommended to numerous friends and relatives.
What's great about it: Simple, accurate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It's really easy with the back-up I know is there.

really great tools & support , save and research friendly windows .
Intuit packed all the features for the novice ,and unskilled tax preparer's out here .
nice not having to leave home to do this every year .

Simply the best!

I have used the Turbo tax product for over 20 years and had great sucess with it. It's ease of use and accuracy has had me coming back year after year. I have had changing tax situtaions and it has handled all of them. I survived 2 audits due to this product. I will not use any other tax preparing prduct other than Turbo tax!

I have been using this software for past 10 years and every year it is improving every bit to increase the user experience. Very easy to use and guides and reviews every step of the way.
What's great about it: easy navigation, step by step instructions, context help

Filing process was easy, simple and smooth. No struggling with uh...what do I do? Or Why do I have to do that? Easy Guide takes you through everything you selected seamlessly and stress free.
What's great about it: Simple to use, easy to understand, loved Easy Guide
