Have been using TurboTax since 2003. I can not say enough about how good this program is.
What's great about it: Easy, simple, step by step
What's not so great: no spell check ;-(

Confusing

Have used Turbotax for several years but think this will be the last yar. In the beginning, it was easier and now it becomes more confusing each year by not walking you thru the steps entirely and not explaining the background for the question. Would rate it a 5 out of 10 as this product as become more user unfriendly thru the years.
What's great about it: Done on the computer
What's not so great: Cibfysubg with the review as it asks for info that does not apply

I've used Turbo Tax for over 6 years without any problems, I rely on it to get my taxes done quickly and accurately.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, gets the job done quickly
What's not so great: Review process is a little confusing

Each year the folks at Turbo Tax make doing my return easier and almost fun! Well, not really fun, but at least I can smile when I'm done.

Missed Rule Changes

i have done my tax returns since 1964 but started with Turbotax in 2004 and now i do all 3 (my sons too) returns in less time than what it use to take to do just mine.
