Easy DIY Tax Return With Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax in preparing our income tax returns for many years and find the product very unser friendly and instructions are easy to follow. There is always enhancements added each year to make the product better. Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: None

Great Tax Software

Have been a TurboTax user for almost 20 years and wouldn't use anything else. Software was even easier to navigate for this year's tax return.

I am so happy I chose Turbo Tax this year! It made doing my taxes so simple that I thought I did something wrong! Felt very personal in the questions it asked.
What's great about it: It walked me through every step. It even asked me questions that I hadn't thought of! Felt very personal
What's not so great: None!

Overall I LOVE Turbotax. Really don't know what I would do without it. Walks you thru so you don't leave anything out.

Please check on the locking up. That got a little annoying to tell the truth. Don't know that I can remember that ever happening any previous years.
What's great about it: Guide me thru & Deduction maximizer are AMAZING
What's not so great: Kept locking up on me. Would say Turbotax not responding.

TurboTax make it easy, but need last year Info!

I use TurboTax every year, it is quick, simple, fast and most of all, it is secure and gets my return into IRS and I get my refund quickly, I will continue to use TurboTax... but I wish it really did remember me from the years past, that would be great.
Honestly TurboTax, I actually BUY my TurboTax EVERY YEAR and EVERY YEAR YOU SAY you found my past information, but you use zeros through out the process for last year and you never give me the comparison with last year's figures, I get zeros! (Several years ago, there was a cool comparison, so I know it is there, if you really did find me!). Then only once you actually remembered my banking info... nothing has changed all these years, I have to manually enter it now, what is up with that?
Bottom line is: Don't rely on TurboTax to really remember or find your information from prior years... get all you banking information, special stuff you need and have it available to enter it yourself AGAIN!
What's great about it: Fast and simple
What's not so great: Never remembers me!!!
