2012 Tax Return with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes for 20 years and have never thought of using anything else.
What's great about it: It was a very easy guided step by step process.

All in all a relatively painless process.

Maximized my deductions!

Use Turbo Tax every year since 2007 and I wouldnt change a thing about it. It just gets better each year! I feel very confident that my return is checked for errors, maximized for deductions and accepted with ease.
What's great about it: Thorough review; easy to follow; good explanations
What's not so great: Deducts extra from your refund for directly depositing it to your account

Easy as 1-2-3

I love TurboTax. They make filing your taxes so easy. They take care of learning new tax laws for you, so you don't have to be a CPA, or spend hours learning about tax changes every year. This year we had pastoral income and I was very concerned about how to prepare these, but TurboTax just led me through each question and explained it as we went along. Easiest way to do taxes, EVER!
What's great about it: Unusal tax situations made easy!
What's not so great: Nothing

TURBO TAX DID MY REFUND

After purchasing my first home I had no idea how to do my taxes. With turbo tax easy steps, it was a breeze. Their explanations of unfamiliar terms assisted me greatly. This software did my return for me and helped from entering incorrect information.
What's great about it: MAKES DOINg RETURNS EASY AND IN A SNAP

Another tax return completed!

I've used TurboTax every year for many years (more than 10), and it generally always goes pretty quickly and smoothly. The only problem I ever seem to have, is that a K-1 from an old S-Corp that I used to be a shareholder of keeps popping up. The numbers are zero, so it doesn't affect things, but it is still irritating -- especially since I haven't received a real K-1 from that S-Corp for 6 years.
What's great about it: Easy to do.
What's not so great: Phantom K-1 pops up each year
Pros: I bought or sold investments

So Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years now. I have never had a problem. It is so easy, walks me through the whole thing and double checks my return to make sure I haven't forgotten anything. And I have forgetten deductions before I used to use this!
What's great about it: Made sure I didn't miss a thing

Always a good performer

I have been a turbo tax user for many years, they continue to improve the product. I have had issue with the dependant care deductions since my kids birthdays are late in the year, but they have either fixed it or my kids aged out of it. Other than that this has been a reliable product and I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Ease of use, resources available
What's not so great: Wouldn't recommend if your taxes are very complicated
