Easy to use!

The program is easy to load, easy to use, and easy to save as you go.
What's great about it: Help sections and links to IRS documents very helpful.
What's not so great: State much different this year!

The guide feature was very helpful . But I always have a fear that all my deduction were not covered and that I might have missed a few.
What's great about it: guided me through the complicated world of taxes.
What's not so great: not sure if all my deductions were covered

Quick & easy. Clear & thorough. I've been a TTx user for many years & like the automatic transfer of personal information.
What's great about it: Simple and intuitive.
What's not so great: Perhaps a bit pricey for less complicated returns.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and have been a very satisfied customer. Turbo tax takes the fear out of doing taxes! This year seemed to be extremely user friendly and I got through it in record time! Keep up the great work!. See you next year!!

Great product, easy to use, and will automatically pull in your data from previous years if you have used TurboTax in the past. I have not found anything better, even when I used a tax preparation service.
What's great about it: Easy to download, use, and automatically updates
What's not so great: Can seem like lots of steps if you don't have many deductions
Pros: I bought or sold investments

when certain summary pages don't look right to me or are different than last year (thanks for the real time comparison feature) it's sometimes hard for me to find the previously used pages. even when I couldn't find my wife's PIN for the auto upload W-2 feature, it took me to a manual page and pressing back didn't start over, it just assumed I wouldn't have it again. was able to finally find it again, but it wasn't a true "back" button.
What's great about it: helps cut through the mountain of tedious calculations
What's not so great: hard to get back to or find certain menus

I've been using TurboTax for several years now, making Tax easy to accomplished. So Easy, even a CaveMan can do it, LOL.
What's great about it: TurboTax is Easy to do!
What's not so great: No complaints here.
