Great way to do your taxes

Turbo tax is a great and easy way to do your taxes. You get step by step instructions and help along the way if you don't understand something. We have been doing our taxes for many years with turbo tax with no problems. It is definitely worth a try.
What's great about it: That I can do my taxes from the comfort of my home and if I have forgotten something I can go and find it
What's not so great: Not having an expert doing the taxes for me

STRAIGHT FORWARD APPROACH

THE INITIAL DATA ENTRY WENT WELL. THE PROMPTS WHERE EASY TO FOLLOW AND THE HELPS PROVIDE CLEAR GUIDANCE. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS WHEN I RE-ENTERED THE PROGRAM TO DO A FINAL REVIEW. IT WAS NOT CLEAR HOW TO DO THIS. THE SELF CHECK PART OF THE PROGRAM FOUND SEVERAL ERRORS THAT WERE NOT IDENTIFIED FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF MY FIRST ENTRY (I HAD STOPPED WITH THE DATA ENTRY BEFORE THE E-FILE PARTION). TURNS OUT THE ERRORS WERE ASSOCIATED WITH THE "SIGN-OFF" PORTION OF THE PROCESS NEEDED FOR E-FILE'ING. ENTERING THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT STRAIGHT FORWARD AND REQUIRED A FEW ITERATIONS UNTIL THE ERROR CHECK CAME BACK WITHOUT ANY ERRORS. GOOD PART WAS THAT ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED WAS ALREADY IN PLACE WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO THE EMAIL PART.
What's great about it: EASY PATH WAS TRULY EASY TO FOLLOW
What's not so great: DIDN'T LIKE THE CONFUSION ASSOCIATED WITH RE-ENTERING THE PROGRAM.

Another Great Experience With Turbo Tax!

I have used Turbox Tax for 8 years. I have been pleased with my experience over the years. I have been able to save myself and several close family members thousands of dollars by using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I like the ability to compare the current year's information with the previous tax year.
What's not so great: Nothing.

easy does it

I have used this for years now, ever since I realize that I have to do all the work in advance of a paid tax preparer anyway. I used to do it by hand, and then I'd correct something. TT makes it easy. Thanks.
What's great about it: Simple, easy, fast. No hassles. Life saver.
What's not so great: Navigating a little tricky sometimes. When reviewing, having to refill info or fill ins.

Big Relief - Thank God!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now; I never even look at other options. I've had good service, no problems, and no worries. Sometimes a nail biter watching the numbers change till the end, but I always go back to turbo tax! I purchase turbo tax every year!
What's great about it: Easy to use, friendly, accurate, no worries
What's not so great: Only problem I had was trying to export w-2's

Functional and easy filing

I have used Turbo Tax for at least ten years.
The interview and filing process has continued to improve.
The state tax interviews have many inadequacies in interview and expanations of needed inputs.
Also there is no easy way I found to go to the state forms for direct viewing until the process was over.
Better linkage to past year forms or their recall could be useful.
I had specific problem with medical insurance allowance for state when it could not be used on federal because of limits on deductions. Definitions and explaation were of no help.
