Easy to use software

Turbo Tax was easy to use and follow. It walked me through every possible item and had me answer questions so as not to miss any deductions or credits. I would highly recommend this software.
What's great about it: Was easy to use and follow.
What's not so great: nothing.

Made it easy to file

A few spelling errors and a couple of places where I had to enter my info more than once, but overall it was easy to follow the guided steps. If my tax situation were more complicated, I would likely use tax preparation service. Given that my taxes are fairly straightforward, this does a decent job of covering all the details.
What's great about it: Easy guided steps to entering my info.
What's not so great: Didn't tell me what to do with my W2's for E-File
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Easy to use and understand, less fear about errors
What's not so great: None

No Headaches!

This was the fitth year we've used Turbo Tax. It's great. It's logical, covers all the areas necessary, explains what's being done along the way, warns me of possible mistakes or missing information. Cost a fraction of another tax preparer. See you next year.
What's great about it: EZ - Step by step, Answered most any question I had
What's not so great: I can't think of any.

Overall the program is simple to use but with all the new and additional stuff that IRS wants it takes almost twice as long.
A great feature is the ability to load forms and information from other sources. This really saves time and also helped me with some items that companies has not gotten to me.
