Loving it since1994!

Thank your for making paying taxes an easy experience. I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would do it any other way.
What's great about it: Easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and (Nearly) Painless

Getting near the end, fearful of not getting a printed copy before e-filing was to occur. Also, a cost involved for e-filing a state form was not clear up front. Had to back-up. No sense paying for e-filing when I owe nothing and am getting no refund from the state. Once I printed the forms, instructions were clear.
What's great about it: Step-by-step with easy instructions.
What's not so great: All great except when getting to the end; a little confusing.

We shouldn't be paying Oregon taxes on the washington unemployment. I couldn't find how to check to see if Oregon was taxing us for that. That is my biggest problem.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: That I couldn't check to see if Oregon was taxing us on the Washington Unemployment.

I feel this best PROGRAM. I have tried others and forget it. I used Turbo for over 10 years. I guess I like it.
What's great about it: Step by step review.
What's not so great: Sometimes it was hard to find an unsual item

Turbo tax is okay to work with. I just get the feeling that I am not getting all the deductions possible.

TurboTax Totally Rocks!!!

Turbo Tax always give me a way to do my taxes that is to the point, and methodical. I sometimes still get confused with things that are not there, due to no interest on certain items. But overall I always happy to find that it corrects the errors and runs the risk of audit! I will continue to use TurboTax and recommend this to my friends, family and co-workers!!!!

Excellent Experience

Overall a very good experience. Quickly allowed me to complete all tax forms and gudied me through the steps to complete all forms.
Irksomw that they charge for the state filing. Should be included in the cost of the application.
What's great about it: Very detailed, comprehensive, and through
What's not so great: Needs more work on Stock Transactions; Need a free State return filing.

THIS YEAR HAD MANY FAMILY CHANGES & HARDSHIPS, THAT I WAS NOT USED TO FILING FOR OR CLAIMING & TURBO TAX HELPED ME SEE THE LIGHT, HELPED ME FIND CREDITS & DEDUCTIONS THAT I WOULD NOT OF EVEN THOUGHT OF. THE PROGRAM ALWAYS POINTS OUT THE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS YOU MUST MAINTAIN & PROVIDES YOU A CLEAR PICTURE OF HOW YOUR TAX RETURN IS GOING. FILING TAXES COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LESS STRESSFUL & THIS YEAR HAD BEEN ONE I WAS DREADING--- TURBO TAX, MADE ME HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY.
What's great about it: TURBO TAX GETS TO THE HEART OF YOUR CHANGES
What's not so great: SOMETIMES WHEN YOU WANT TO GO BACK & CHECK SOMETHING, ITS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT HOW AT FIRST;
