Great Job TurboTax!

It's great! I can't believe how easy it is to do my taxes with TurboTax every year! I get a great sense of satisfaction that the job was done right. I love how it double checks my numbers and checks for errors so I don't get an audit! Thank you TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to use, answers questions, made it easy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product we use every year. Makes filing our returns very easy and saves us a lot of time & money. If you have all your information pulled together and in one folder, makes the process very easy. You can even use Turbo Tax to project during the year, how your taxes are looking. Love the running total it gives you on whether you owe taxes or are getting a refund. Product keeps better each year.
What's great about it: Very intuitive. Ease of use. Keeps data from year-to-year. Automatic updates. Federal return updates the state return.
What's not so great: Household items, clothing etc donation addon a little clunky.

15 Years of Turbo Tax Excellence

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years and can honestly say it has made my life easier. I love the upgrades they have made over the years for saving your returns, automatic updates and transmitting. The It's Deductible program is awesome and let's you enter and track your donations throughout the year and then automatically imports then into your return. Thank you Turbo Tax for another good year of filing.
What's great about it: Love the excellent user friendly ease of filing my taxes! It gets better & better every year!

I really love to use Turbo Tax. Everything is very smooth and simple. The only problem I've ever had is that this year the state tax form would not show up and kept looping back to the start page. I had to log off and log back on for it to finally work.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, simple, felt confident in return
What's not so great: State return had a glitch

A rarity. Software that really works. I've been usingTurboTax for the past 15 years, and will continue doing so unless they do something stupid to to mess it up. It's very user friendly, has a very pleasant user interface. The one thing that I have an issue with is that it needs to give clearer PIN instructions for first-time filers.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate

Good Refund

Since Home Mortgage interest Deduction is a basic deduction for 1040 Schedule A. I think that all the worksheets should be in turbo tax so they can be a walk thru items as well.
What's great about it: Liked the walk thru
What's not so great: Having to read Tax Publications - 936 and do the worksheets
