The Usual - Well Done

Extremely easy and intuitive. Almost makes filing taxes enjoyable, okay not really, but is well written and does make filing easy.
What's great about it: Have used Turbo Tax for so long. i just love everything about it.

I have used turbotax for many years and have been well satisfied but the last 2 years I have had questions I could not find answers for and am left wondering if I should be paying someone to do my taxes??
What's great about it: easy format to follow

Year after year, for over 10 years now, I have used TurboTax to report and file my own taxes! Why? Because each time, it's proven to be accurate in teaching me what I need to know, reliable in enabling me to make the best choices for my own unique financial situation, and rewarding by producing a very happy outcome! I depend on TurboTax year and year and will continue to do so for many years to come!

The use of Turbo Tax was easy and asked several questions I would not have thought of. The importing of information from the previous tax year saved time and displying past year information was helpful in showing me I was consistent. Also, moving data from federal to state forms withoout re-entering was a benefit.
What's great about it: Examples and help feature
What's not so great: Limited donation item values

Took about 4 hours to complete two returns for my family. That included going slowly, reading all the options, and double-checking. Not bad at all.
What's great about it: Walked me through each step.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

TurboTax is pretty simple and user friendly. It walks you through the process and makes it simple to file your taxes yourself.

Breeze filing taxes with TurboTax

Really good application. Only suggestion is that default setting should be walk thru all items rather than leaving to filer with question like check if this situation applies to you.
What's great about it: Really well written app to make preparing and filing your tax returns so easy.
What's not so great: Many questions are left for filer to figure out if he is in a situation to look into those.
