Not as good as before

While I made it through the process in good order, there seems to be less user friendly and intuitive directions from the help desk. Not having direct links to some of the problem solutions suggested makes searching through the text, forms, worksheets, a real pain in the backside. You can make it simpler and clearer, especially in the help popups and in the error corrections.
What's great about it: same good old reviews, suggestions, and calculations
What's not so great: Some error items, especially on state forms, impossible to understand

As stated in the "Pros" I have used the system several times with the same satisfaction -- see you next year!!
The appropriate questions were ask to complete an accurate return.

What's great about it: As advertised, the program provided sufficient directions. I have used TurboTax several times before.
What's not so great: During the e-file process I had difficulty in getting a PIN.

This is the 10th year that I do my taxes with Turbo Tax and I wouldn't do them any other way. The program really takes you through things step by step and has a easy to use help function that will explain things to you every time.
What's great about it: Takes you through things step by step; imports information from previous year, saving you lots of typing time
What's not so great: When you need to change something from a previous year, that may take a little time.

Surprised by my refund

Easy to use and understand but you do have to know a few things about taxes. Liked the links that say "need help with this or what is this?" I will use Turbo tax every year. Liked the fact that reminded you about something you may have forgot or didn't know about.
What's great about it: So easy to use
What's not so great: Too many surveys
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Creating a separate account, just to pay for e-filing (which keeps going up and up), is a real hassle. Need to be able to pay with card right from the program. Otherwise, I love filing with Turbo Tax! I have been doing it since the '90's.
What's great about it: Love the accuracy and simplicity of Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Don't like the way we have to pay for e-filing by creating an account.

Excellent tax preparing tool with clear directions and helpful descriptive information about the items in the tax document. I especially appreciated the error review.
What's great about it: The guided entry of information was extremely helpful.
What's not so great: Nothing
