Using for over 10 years!

Why must you alter/change items that have always worked well?
The final questions as to "print forms for mailing" requires that the user must "search" to find the "print" button.
I find it very annoying!
Let us keep it simple-PLEASE!
Adding so many additional steps really does not help when we are doing a annual and annoying task!
I tried to save my records as a PDF file. I performed all the many "TASKS" required; but still do not know if I succeeded.
All this plus the fact that the current issue will not work in my APPLE DESK computer!

Cann't print copies from Turbo Tax had to save and go into Adobe to print. Big headache.
What's great about it: Used for 11 years
What's not so great: This year we had trouble printing returns

Used Turbo Tax for years. Works great. Although it is getting too expensive. May have to start looking at alternatives. But it is still easy and great to use.

EASY PEAZY!

Great, but sometimes when filing with multiple states it's a little hard to figure out which forms/items to put in with each state. It was pretty easy to just follow along with the wizard and fill out all the forms on Turbo Tax to file. I'm getting my refund soooooon!!!
What's great about it: Very easy to follow along with the Turbo Tax wizard and enter in all my info!
What's not so great: Sometimes you're sent in loops when there's an error and you're not sure exactly how to fix it...!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When I went to change items in the return, I could not do so. Such as the downloaded mutual Funds from Vanguard(e.g.) Dividends were put into the list twice. When I did my state return, it wanted a Schedule C which I filed with my Corporate return. This was a consolidated return. I showed no income & the return still wanted a Schedule C.

A Great Product

Easy to enter and use - Only problem was having to enter state and zip info form for w-2 when we are retirees with no w-2s : Occurs when trying to e-file.
What's great about it: Easy to Use - The Best yet
What's not so great: Retiree problem when transmitting return for e-file
