I found the basic tax prep very easy straight forward. If I needed something out of the norm, it was there but hard to find at times.I needed Form 1040-Schedule K-1 and was able to find it. I was not able to complete the form due to special needs for a statement. I will no have to file an amended copy.
I have use Turbo Tax now for 5 years and have been pleased. I will most likely use it next year.

What's great about it: Basic taxes were a snap
What's not so great: Special needs were mostly there but took work to find
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We changed to Turbo Tax last year and we are glad we did!! Other tax software left us wondering if we made mistakes with our entries. Turbo Tax is clear, concise and informative. Try it you will like it!!
What's great about it: Step by Step questions provide clear path to a successful return!!
What's not so great: Access to IRS Topics is through Turbo Tax -not a direct link.

So fast and easy!

I'm very pleased and will continue using Turbo Tax for years to come.
What's great about it: Everything was clear and explained. No confusion where to enter information.
What's not so great: It gets confusing if there are any abnormal situations (reimbursements, subcontracting, etc)

Been using the product for years and it just gets better. Really like the monitors that tell what state and Fed refunds look like and what impacts changes make. It hasn't let me down yet.

I've used Turbo Tax for 15+ years now. It's the easiest, most accurate out there IMO. I find the import from last years return to be the best... reminds me of what I've previously so I can remember to look for documentation that I may have missed. I never have to worry about accurate data entry since numbers are pulled straight from last year into the new return.

What's not so great: Some step-by-step questions confusing
