This my second year with turbo tax and i am as pleased this year as i was last year. your attention to detail and the set and organization make this a enjoyable but necessary evil.

Struggled through switching betwen forms and questions steps.
More difficult than previous years to look up federal publications.
Also instructions on employee expenses for deductions confusing almost misleading.
Difficult to print only State or Federal final copies.

Easy, Fast & Economical.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now for my itemized deductions type of tax return. I find it easier to follow every year and know the information I need to compile prior to starting to make it go smoothly.
What's great about it: Feel confident that my taxes were done well and completely.
What's not so great: I would like the state e-file to be less expensive.

This is good. I don't if you can glean enough info on filing but you might provide helpful tips to get withholding closer to anticipated tax (...like that's YOUR job ...: - )
What's great about it: direct progression and logical. Well thought out
What's not so great: Wish I realized product only provided one state filing - that split of taxes was a little clunky in comparison
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Turbo Tax makes it easier each year. They have improved being able to view your forms. I feel confident that I'm not missing anything when I use Turbo Tax.

I procrastinated until the day before taxes were due, and I had some complicated circumstances with sale and purchase of homes, but I was still able to get taxes done and filed in one afternoon. Awesome!
What's great about it: Convenient, quick
