Gets the job done.

Overall I like Turbo Tax. For my small business the Deluxe version does the job. The one thing that causes me challenges year after year is that it is impossible to get back to specific items in a targeted fashion. If I type in Schedule C and I want to use the Easy Guide interface it only takes me to the beginning of the business section and I have to re-read and re-click through lots of info. This totally does not make sense and is quite a time waster. I would love to see this fixed for next year.
What's great about it: I like the fact that info can be brought fwd from my previous return.
What's not so great: The interface makes it impossible to get back to specific items quickly.

Use this every year

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. I started after I realized that all the questions that my tax preparer asked me were the same questions Turbo Tax asked #and cost me more to ask#. So I figured I could do my own taxes through Turbo Tax. I've never had a problem with IRS yet #knock on wood# doing my taxes this way.
What's great about it: Ease, guided questions, errors caught, final review finds parts I missed
What's not so great: That feeling of "Am I doing this right and the best for my situtation?"
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Could have been Easier!

Disliked the fact that when the "Income" was increased by $1000. plus dollars there was no explanation for it. I searched forever and finally found it at the review portion of the forms. I wasted, probably, 2 hours!!!!
What's great about it: Liked all the guidence,
What's not so great: Defination for SCH

Tax Return Made Easier

The step-by-step process is awesome!
What's great about it: Transfers of info from year to year. Asks you about potential deductions.
What's not so great: A few parts are a little confusing
