Each year TurboTax improves how it works. I have used it for years and the help available increases each time. I do think I am filing an accurate return with the least cost and effort. My situation is not very complicated, but I do use form 2106 regular. This has not been a difficult process.
What's great about it: Entering the information was quick and almost effortless. Help readily available.
What's not so great: Had some trouble finding specific IRS instructions within TurboTax

Very easy to use. I'm so comfortable with Turbo Tax Deluxe that I waited until the day before I had to mail out my returns to even print them up!
What's great about it: So Dependable

Excellent format and detail for reviewing all possibilites. The checks and balances are very good. Takes a lot of research out of the equation. Well worth the money. I have been filing TurboTax for several years.

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years, and have always been satisfied with the product. There are simple and clear explanations of tax code that I could never interpret myself. It is easy to use, no matter how computer literate you are.
What's great about it: very quick, thorough, and easy
What's not so great: didn't like the extra fee tacked on without warning for paying for state submission with my rebate

I was very pleased that the Turbo tax process was easier than I had expected. I also appreciated the quick clear explanations that were available when I did not understand a certain item or question.
What's great about it: Was able to take care of my taxes at home without traveling and appointment

Turbotax is a great program that shows the average person how to prepare their tax return by walking them through the process smoothly. I have been using the program for 10 years and find it better every year that is too hard to resist.
The online help and FAQ is extremely helpful that almost every possible tax situation is going to be there at one's fingertips!
I wish the fee for electronic filing for the state return be included in the bundle price like the federal filing fee.
