Consistently performing product

I have forgotten how many years I have used turbo tax. For my situation it has performed exactly like I needed. Still very happy with the product after all these years

It thinks for me!

I found Turbo Tax to make my taxes feel quick and painless! State taxes were easier than the Federal because of the transfer of information!
What's great about it: super fast and easy to follow directions
What's not so great: Extra state cost is a little exorbanate
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Convenient

I really appreciated all the effort by the software developers in creating this software. It was a pleasure in using it and it has given my family the confidence in preparing taxes without going to a CPA as we have in the past. Thanks again. We will use it from this point on.

Pay a Tax Service? No Way!

Another year of filing with Turbo Tax. The con I listed above is mostly due to my own organization skills or lack thereof. TT walks me through each area. The help sections are excellent. And if you decide you want to just google some help areas, you typically find the google pages point to threads on the TT website. I am very pleased with the TT experience year in and year out. Thanks TT.
What's great about it: Walked me right through.....
What's not so great: Takes a little time to dig up the info

Easy calculations!

Nice to have a program that does the calculations for you. You just follow the prompts, answer the questions, press the button to send. Voila!
What's great about it: All I do is put in the numbers, you do the calculations
What's not so great: Fees for state filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is easy to use. Just answer the questions. There are some questions where you have to check a box or answer yes or no. Why not make it consistent

So Easy, Better than Ever

This is, by far, the easiest to use version of TurboTax I've used. And, I've used TurboTax for years. Even if you are not a tax professional, using the EasyGuide makes filing even complicated returns quite simple. If you get stuck, there is always a handy Help window or you can talk to a live person if you want. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone.....even my wife who has never filed her own tax return.
What's great about it: I'm an accountant and I used the EasyGuide for my personal return. It's such a breeze.
What's not so great: There are no Cons that I'm aware of.....
