Audit works okay, but some tabs are pre-populated with my selections and others are not.
What's great about it: Quick; easy to navigate
What's not so great: Would like an audit capability for spouse to easily walkthrough return to ensure accuracy

Great Program

This program worked great this year, last years it was a disaster when I used the 2011 program. This year it's worked Great.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: none
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Getting better

I like TurboTax and it has gotten better in the past two years. The education related section is better but still not great. I would have appreciated more details as I was led through the educational espenses, credits and deductions. This is a very confusing and complex situation and I was not confident all was being taken into account. The printed forms were reassuring after the fact, as they showed more of the details.
What's great about it: Very clear step-by-step guidance most of the time
What's not so great: don't see enough detail as you work through certain situations

What Happen with turbo tax

It did not transfer w-2 info this year. While last year 2011 it did. Same with 1099 info. Also I made a sale of stocks one time and state wanted to start estimted tax. no explantion. This has to be a common event and you should have had a simple explantion

2012 taxes

I am a first time Turbo Tax user. I love it. It got me a bigger refund than I have gotten by going to an accountant. I wish I started using it years ago. It does take some time but it is definately worth it.
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: time consuming

Quick and easy

Overall TurboTax is easy to use. I have used quicken for years and this makes it easy to do my taxes.
What's great about it: over the years you have made it easy to do my taxes
What's not so great: sometimes the info requseted is hard to find.
