Turbo Tax crashes when edit the second time

Turbo tax crashed when I tried to edit an item I already entered, I think the reason is in the first time, I typed in my name without the middle initial, when I tried the second time to modify some number, I typed in my name with my middle name initial and the system crashed.
Another observation was it took too long to start the Turbo Tax from power up the PC, whether there were new forms to download or not.
But over and above, I think Turbo Tax did a very decent job considering the cost of the program. I particularly like the fact that I could download information from my investment company, that saved me tons of time and also avoided errors in interpretation, provided that this is a very safe method.

What a Help!

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It's wonderful how the information transfers and the best part is how easy it is to use. I recommended it to my daugher's boyfriend who had never did a tax return before. He was able to use it with ease also.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Nothing

Great program, just a few things I would change!

Great program overall! I like that I do not have to keep entering prior year pertinent information! It would be better if the program knew that we do not file a return in Florida. Otherwise, I would like Turbo Tax to be priced more reasonable, as I felt it was a bit expensive.
What's great about it: Great step by step guide if you are not a Tax Pro.
What's not so great: Annoying when asks to file State return, when we do not file one in Florida!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

The only way to file ....

Easy to use, well developed line of interview questions, usefull info links. Needed to understand key areas this year due to unemployment issues, found all answers in support.
Only complaint, State fee too high, considering state does internet submission for free....

First TurboTax Filer....Wow!!!

I recommend that Intuit should insert a reminder for those tax filers that have enrolled in Flex Day Cay Benefits, filers should subtract the annual dependent care provider expense from the annual flex care benefit, in order to determine dependent care credits
What's great about it: Questions and answers were available when typing the correct question I had.
What's not so great: Dependant Care credits were a little tricky.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

For personal reasons I got a very late start on Taxes. I went through the step by step method and got my taxes completed in no time and with only one error which the program found and was soon corrected with great on-line assistance.
What's great about it: The step by step easy to follow program is just great and so easy.
What's not so great: Absolutely none!
